　　蝙蝠侠新冒险/新蝙蝠侠与罗宾冒险记，英文名The New Batman Adventures，英文又名Batman: Gotham Knights，于1997年9月在美国WB台首播，1999年1月播完，共2季24集。可以说是《蝙蝠侠动画版》(Batman: The Animated Series)的续作。

《蝙蝠侠》（Batman）系列动画片由华纳兄弟制作，分别出品了4部动画，一个是《蝙蝠侠：动画系列（BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES）》，一个是《新蝙蝠侠&罗宾冒险记（THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES）》，一个是《The Batman》，一个是《Batman Beyond》。中国国内引进的蝙蝠侠动画片是由第1部(Batman: The Animated Series)和第2部(The New Batman Adventures)中挑选的36集。

本片是其中的第2部: 新蝙蝠侠冒险记（THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES）

在某种方面来说TNBA（The new Batman adventures）是BTAS（Batman the animated series）的续集。这集和其它剧集最大的不同是，本集里BTAS的Robin（Dick Gryson）已经从学院毕业，并且和蝙蝠侠发生了较大的摩擦，于是自己出城来到了Bludheaven，一个比Gotham更邪恶的城市自立门户，自称NightWing。但是在蝙蝠侠需要他时，他仍然会回来帮助蝙蝠侠。尽管Dick没有完全的离开蝙蝠侠，但蝙蝠侠还是失去了一个帮手。于是他相中的13岁的街头乞讨者Tim Drake当新的Robin。另外还延伸出了一部动画电影《蝙蝠侠：神秘的蝙蝠女》。

蝙蝠侠：人气上完全可以和超人抗衡的大侠。蝙蝠侠真名叫布鲁斯·韦恩，生长在一个巨富家庭，因目睹父母被害而产生了亲手铲除罪恶的强烈愿望。他白天过着奢华的生活，晚上则身着紧身衣、头戴面具、携精心打造的先进设备四处行侠仗义。
